Breidden Hills and Rodney's Pillar hike (near Shrewsbury) - Saturday 19th July

A wonderful new hike for the summer! Across the Shropshire border into Powys, Wales, though not far from Shrewsbury, this is a beautiful 9 mile hike (approx. 5hrs with breaks) including 2,500ft of elevation. Please meet at the car park (SY5 9AZ) for a 9am start on Saturday 19th July. The hike includes the Breidden Hills and the impressive monument that is Rodney's Pillar plus great countryside views all around. Martyn will lead this guided hike. (Rating 3).
