Matlock Bath & Cromford hike (Peak District) - Wednesday 4th June

A beautiful hike in the Peak District... this time on a week day! We will start at 9.30am from the car park at Cromford Wharf near Matlock (DE4 3RP) and the hike (approx. 8.5 miles, 5hrs) takes in a wide variety of scenic and historic attractions. Including the narrow Derwent gorge, the very impressive Black Rock view point over Cromford, the river Derwent, the Cromford Canal, the Heights of Abraham over looking the town and the lovely Victorian architecture of Matlock Bath itself. A fantastic hike and fully guided throughout. (Rating 2.5).
